WHO IS MARTIN?

Mountains, rapids and northern lights are three words that make me feel good, but which also describe my view of value creation in organizations.

Mountains - the importance of creating a stable platform as a basis for change work. Mountain stands for knowledge and logic.

Rapids - a natural force that unites water and land, a symbol of change, of daring to challenge established patterns and find new ways to get ahead.

Northern lights - something unique that only happens under certain conditions. But which is one of the most powerful things that can be experienced in nature. A symbol of an organization's ability to strive for new heights and reach its full potential.

The above may be a somewhat unorthodox start to a description, but I have always gone my own way and challenged established patterns - an approach that I know produces good results. That's exactly why I appreciate working with people who are open and willing to test new strategies to achieve results! My curiosity and persistence have been a strength and door opener in many situations.

Regardless of whether it was about my own golf career, relationships, fatherhood or professional life, there is one word that I am passionate about more than anything else and that is "Simplify". Today's society is so overloaded with information and possibilities that it can be a challenge to see things in a simple way. My strength is to quickly see patterns and opportunities, then make the right things happen and thus create lasting results and value.

I am driven by challenges, and have a strong belief that life must be balanced by more challenges than just work. I am inspired by exploring new places and encounters with nature, people and animals. To get inspiration and energy, I like to turn to nature and surround myself with mountains, fjords, northern lights and rapids.
