Sometimes you can't and don't want to travel several hours for an event with your company, but want to stay within a short distance of the office. For that reason, we have also selected some donut places that are within a 60-minute journey from the city centers. Here are three proposals that include Stockholm, Västerås and Gothenburg.
STOCKHOLM: ELLERY BEACH CLUB
City life feels far away in the rural landscape at the far end of Elfvik's headland on Lidingö. In 2020, this long-awaited news opened the gates. A cozy hotel with its own jetty, where the lively and peaceful contrast. A place where nature, sea and beach meet padel, pools, cabanas, people, music, design and art.
TRANSPORT
With its 18 minutes from the inner city, it is easy to get to the gates out on Lidingö.
A safe bet is to charter your own bus that will take you from door to door.
Public transport can also take you there easily.
Or we are happy to stand on the pier with open arms and welcome you by boat.

The 18-storey listed building has that raw feel that only an industrial building can give, and you can really feel the history in the walls. TRANSPORT
With its 10 miles from Stockholm, this celebrity hotel is easy to reach via its own chartered bus.
As so often, you can also take the train to Västerås, where a shorter walk of 15 minutes brings you to the gates of this masterpiece.

Experience the cultural-historical environment around one of the country's first and foremost spinning factories. The entire community of Tollered is built around Nääs Fabriker, which today is one of our most charming hotels. TRANSPORT
Only 30 minutes from central Gothenburg and Landvetter is this beautiful place next to lake Sävelången.
We take you there the easiest with your own chartered bus. Alingsås is the nearest train station only 20 minutes away.
If you come with your own car and need charging stations, the hotel has 15 to offer.
