NORRBBOTTEN : ARCTIC RETREAT
In the middle of Lapland's wilderness a few kilometers outside the small village of Gunnarsbyn (169 inhabitants) lies one of Sweden's best kept secrets. Arcitc Retreat is a facility you cannot "pass by". When we book this facility for you, you have it all to yourself. Breakfast, lunch and a 3-course dinner are included every day. Each cabin has a jacuzzi outside, the horse's beds and a silence that you can only get completely cut off from civilization.
TRANSPORT
We recommend you take the train to Boden, where it is then only a 40-minute transfer to our facility.
If you want to take the flight, Luleå is the best option. Outside the terminal, your driver is ready to drive you for the remaining hour.
ACCOMMODATION
Cozier accommodation is hard to find. No disturbing TV, but instead a fireplace, Sonos speakers, horse beds and a jacuzzi on the veranda that faces the river Råne.
After your 3-course dinner, we recommend everyone to take a sauna, followed by the jacuzzi where you have a great chance to see the northern lights dancing overhead depending on the season.
MEETING ROOMS
One of the cabins is equipped with all the equipment you may need for your meeting.
If you are a management team that needs discretion and for safety reasons sit undisturbed, this is the perfect facility.
It is perfectly possible to combine your meetings and sit outside where we can show up.

VÄRMDÖ: SIGGESTA FARM
Only 35 minutes from Slussen in Stockholm, this gem of a farm is located on Värmdö. Siggesta has a sense of exciting history while being modernly updated to meet all the demands of a modern conference facility. If you leave the meeting room and walk in any direction for 1 minute, you will have the forest waiting there with its calmness. Siggesta leaves no one untouched and you will feel a little better when you go home again.
TRANSPORT

Considering the pandemic period that has been/is, a private bus or arriving by boat may be the safest option.

MEETING ROOMS
Here you have a fantastic selection. If you are 500 people, we have the fantastic loge with its 14 meter ceiling height. If you are around 70 people, we have the monks' charming house from the 16th century in which you can sit comfortably. For the smaller group, we have several options such as your own wing, inside the manor or in the orangery.
