EXPEDITION MOUNTAINS

Ok, so the mountains have caught your attention... Let's present two different proposals for regions and what each package could contain. More regions and more bundles are available, but let's start with these two gems!

LAPPLAND : BJÖRKLIDEN & THE NATIONAL BORDER

Pack your bag for an adventure 4 hours north of the Arctic Circle and in an arctic mountain environment! Experience the midnight sun or the polar night, either way there is something for everyone to do in this majestic setting. With the proximity to Kiruna, Narvik and Lofoten, the activity menu is packed with unique experiences. A warm welcome to the northern lights' best place in Sweden!

TRANSPORT

As a sustainable alternative (and definitely coziest), we suggest the train to this arctic place. Get on the train in Sthlm and wake up the next day without change in a mountain environment and get off at the facility.

The flight to Kiruna is a quick alternative and gives you a chance to visit the mine on the return journey.

ACCOMMODATION

In beautiful Björkliden and Riksgränsen, you have 6 wonderful options with everything from luxury to simpler accommodation

MEETING ROOMS

Here comes our own dream scenario: your meeting place is a ski-in-ski-out hot tub where the coffee and the bun are hot when you arrive on skis.


If you want a room with more technology, there are nice areas both in the hotels and in the private houses.

The whole menu of exciting activities won't fit, but here are our favourites:

ÅRE: COPPERHILL & THE VILLA

An offer without including Sweden's most popular ski resort would be misconduct! Many have already been to Åre, but there is so much that is still unexplored in all seasons. We have carefully reviewed the offer and have realized that our friends at Copperhill have the ultimate combination of hotel and private residence. Why not let your 400 colleagues take over the entire hotel or, a management team in Petter Stordelen's own "The Villa". The activity menu is packed with gobits such as skiing, fishing, mountain biking, dog sledding, spa, yoga, ice rally, heliskiing, etc. A warm welcome to cozy Åre!

TRANSPORT

It doesn't get easier than taking the morning train from Stockholm and getting off later in the afternoon in Åre. A
transport then waits at the platform for the short journey up to Copperhill.

We promote the train as it is the most sustainable option and absolutely the most flexible. Flights to Östersund are available as an alternative.

ACCOMMODATION

Stay inside the beautiful Copperhill Mountain Lodge with its cozy rooms, fireplaces, spa and numerous restaurants. Here you can be a small group or up to 600 people.

If you have a group of between 10 - 16 people and want to treat yourself a little extra, we recommend " The Villa ", which is a luxury accommodation with all the comfort you can imagine!

 

MEETING ROOMS

Inside the hotel, there are 9 modern and cozy meeting rooms for a few or several hundred. Or why not ask to have a booth set up on the mountain side or a table outside on the ridge?

If you rent The Villa , you have a meeting table with a view of the mountains while the fire crackles next to the sofa group.

ACTIVITIES

Åre is historically known as a winter resort. We want to highlight that all seasons have their own charm up here. In spring and summer, we bring out the kayak, mountain bike, running shoes and wetsuit. Autumn is good for fishing, hiking and a little spa treatment.

Winter has all kinds of adventures such as skiing, scooters, dog sledding, ice rally and heliskiing.
